Terms of Sale
MX Combinator, LLC DBA Recom Tactical
Effective date: September 11, 2025
1) Acceptance of Terms & Order Approval
By placing an order on our site, you agree to these Terms of Sale and to our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges, and Shipping & Delivery pages (each incorporated by reference). We may accept or decline any order; we may limit quantities or cancel suspected reseller/fraud orders. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at checkout controls.
2) Pricing, Availability & Errors
Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed or charged at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you or contact you to confirm the corrected price before shipping.
3) Payment, Taxes & Pre-Charge
We capture payment when you place the order. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total (merchandise, shipping, surcharges, and applicable taxes). We collect sales/use tax where required.
4) Regulated/Restricted Products & Credentials
Some products (e.g., certain knives, defense sprays, magazines, body armor, insignia/ID-bearing items, and FFL-only items) are legally restricted. We comply with all federal, state, local, carrier, and manufacturer rules. We may require documentation (e.g., agency letterhead, FFL, age/ID) and may cancel or remove restricted items from an order if destination rules prohibit shipment.
5) U.S. Shipping Only; Risk of Loss; Title
We ship to U.S. addresses only (see Shipping & Delivery for rates/exceptions). Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we tender goods to the carrier at the shipping warehouse (FOB shipping point). Provide a street address whenever possible; P.O. Boxes can delay delivery. Address changes after dispatch are difficult and may incur carrier fees.
6) Delivery; Inspection; Nonconforming Goods
Inspect deliveries promptly. Within 5 business days of delivery, notify us in writing with photos if any item is damaged, missing, or nonconforming (wrong item or mislabeled contents). Our sole obligation for nonconforming goods is, at our option, to replace the item or refund the purchase price (including reasonable return shipping for that nonconformance). Except for that remedy, sales are one-way.
7) Returns & Exchanges (summary)

We are a reseller. All manufacturer warranties apply as provided by the brand. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, WE PROVIDE NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS). Warranty service follows the manufacturer’s process.

You will not divert, export, re-export, or transfer—including to a foreign person in the U.S. (“deemed export”)—any item or related technical data in violation of law
- For any item subject to ITAR (U.S. Munitions List) or EAR (Commerce Control List), you will obtain all required U.S. government licenses/authorizations before any export, reexport, or transfer to a foreign person or outside the U.S. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
- You will comply with U.S. anti-boycott laws and will not request or require us to take actions that would violate those laws.
We may screen, hold, or cancel any order (and request End-Use/End-User information) if we believe it implicates export controls, sanctions, or prohibited end-use/end-users.
12) Compliance with Law; Resale
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and any manufacturer rules for the goods (e.g., channel/territory restrictions). You’ll maintain all licenses and permits needed to perform your obligations and to resell goods lawfully.
13) Force Majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier issues, regulatory holds, or supply interruptions).
14) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in . You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15) Miscellaneous
