Returns & Exchange Q&A
Yes. Most new, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of the ship date, once a return authorization is approved.
Unfortunately, because we work with supplier warehouses, returns do incur a restocking fee. We’ll always advocate for you and try to reduce or waive fees when possible, but the standard restocking fee is 25%.
- Restocking: 25% of the item price on approved returns. If a specific brand requires more, we’ll tell you upfront and only proceed with your OK.
- Shipping: Outbound shipping is non-refundable. For change-of-mind/ordered-wrong returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- “Free shipping” orders: We deduct the actual outbound shipping cost we paid.
- If we made an error or your item arrived damaged: We cover return shipping and restocking doesn’t apply.
- Unauthorized or late returns: Packages without an RMA or shipped after the RMA window are refused and may incur reshipment costs.

Email shop@combinatorbrands.com with your order #, item(s), reason, and photos (sealed box for unused items; close-ups for defects/damage). We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the warehouse ship-to address and packing instructions. Returns must have an RMA; unauthorized packages are refused.
Yes—eligible items within 30 days may be exchanged if new, unworn/unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. (Hygiene/“final sale” categories above aren’t eligible.)

We waive the 25% restock once the original is received/approved. You cover return shipping; original outbound shipping isn’t refunded (if your order shipped free, we deduct our actual outbound cost).

Option B — Standard exchange (ship back first):
Return with RMA → when approved, we’ll send a link to purchase the new size.
Fees: 25% restocking applies to the returned item; you pay return shipping; outbound shipping isn’t refunded.
Flex perks: choose store credit and we’ll add +5%, or exchange for an item of equal/greater value and we’ll credit up to 10% of the restocking fee on the replacement order.
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and carrier label. Once approved, we’ll replace or refund, cover return shipping, and waive any restocking.
Our error / carrier damage: We pay return shipping (prepaid label) and restocking doesn’t apply.
Change of mind / ordered wrong size or item: Customer pays return shipping. If we provide a label at our discounted rate, we’ll deduct its cost from your refund.
Refused or undeliverable packages: Processed as a standard return: restocking + outbound and return freight are deducted.
If fulfillment hasn’t started, we’ll cancel at no charge. Once processing or shipping begins, please request a return under this policy. Special/custom orders can’t be canceled after production starts. Please send an email to shop@combinatorbrands.com
After the return arrives and is accepted at the warehouse, refunds post to the original payment method in 3–7 business days. Taxes are refunded; shipping and fees are not.
Refund = Item price
− Restocking fee (25%; or higher only with your prior OK)
− Outbound shipping we paid (if your order shipped free)
− Return label (only if we issued one)
− Refurbishment/shortage fees (only if the item comes back used, missing parts, or not in resalable condition)
Example:
Item price $200; free shipping cost we paid $14; standard return with our label $9; 25% restock ($50).
Refund = 200 − 50 − 14 − 9 = $127.
Try apparel indoors, avoid deodorant/makeup transfer, no odors, keep tags on. For footwear, try on clean flooring/carpet; no creasing, scuffs, or outsole wear.
Yes for eligible items. Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is ours. Import fees paid to your local customs aren’t refundable by us.
Many items carry a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help you start a warranty claim.
