We ship to U.S. addresses.
AK, HI, APO/FPO, Guam, PR, and U.S. VI ship at the carrier’s published rate (passed through at cost).
Destination restrictions
Some products are restricted or prohibited to ship into certain states or municipalities due to local laws and carrier rules (examples include certain defense sprays, magazines, body armor, and other regulated items).
- We screen orders for compliance. If an item is not legal to ship to your delivery state/city, we will remove or cancel that item and proceed with the rest of the order (you won’t be charged for the cancelled item).
- Where the law requires it (e.g., license/FFL items), we’ll request the proper documentation or a compliant ship-to location before we can release the shipment.
Address requirements
RECOM recommends providing a street address. Some carriers and product categories can’t deliver to a P.O. Box, which may delay your order.
- If there’s an address mistake, it’s often difficult to amend once a label has been created or the package has already dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error.
- If an order is not delivered due to missing or incorrect address information, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it using standard delivery procedures. If the package is returned to our vendor and the goods are restockable, our standard restocking fee (25%) and both outbound and return freight will apply per our Returns Policy. If the goods are not restockable, they may be ineligible for refund.
Shipping Rates
Weight-based pricing keeps things predictable for standard parcels:

Special categories & surcharges
- FFL-required items (ship to licensed locations): $9.99 flat.
- Hazardous materials (where eligible by ground): +$3.00 per package.
Heavy / Oversize freight
Some items ship as heavy parcel or palletized LTL:

Non-contiguous U.S. & APO/FPO
Destinations outside the Lower 48 (AK, HI, APO/FPO, Guam, PR, U.S. VI) bill at the carrier’s published rate. We pass these through at cost and will confirm at checkout or by email if needed.
Backorders
- Backorders ship free when attached to a new order.
- If a backorder ships by itself later, a $6.99 backorder charge applies.
Processing & transit times
Most in-stock items leave our partner warehouses in 1–2 business days. Typical ground transit is 3–7 business days, depending on distance and carrier routing. Regulated, restricted, oversize, or FFL items may require additional handling time.
Split shipments & tracking
Your order may ship in multiple boxes and from more than one warehouse. We’ll email tracking for each package as soon as it’s available.
Address changes, delivery issues & refused packages
- Address corrections after a label is created may incur a carrier fee (passed through at cost).
- Undeliverable / insufficient address: If returned, fees are handled per our Returns Policy (25% restock if restockable, plus outbound and return freight).
- Refused packages are treated like a standard return (restocking + outbound and return freight).
- Damage in transit: Keep all packaging and contact us within 5 business days so we can file the claim and reship quickly.
Notes & exceptions
- Some items cannot travel by air or to certain ZIP Codes due to hazmat or carrier restrictions.
- Posted rates reflect our current drop-ship program and may change if carriers update pricing. Any change will be shown at checkout before you pay.
